A technique to conjure raw energy that you may put to use.

Spell:
Sit down with your legs crossed. Clear your mind and become one with yourself. Your mind truly needs to be clear for this to work. Then hold out both of your hands in fists and both arms parallel to one another. Feel the energies of the universe enter into your recessive hand and flowing threw your body towards your dominant hand which will be reffered to as your projective hand. Let the energy build up in your projective hand until you feel as you would have an immense ammount of it. Now open your arms much wider and open your projective hand while as invisioning the energies. Then fling your projective hand towards your taget and open your projective hand. Afterwards if you wish you could chant a quick little chime to help you with the purpose.
