Attuning yourself to quartz crystals life force energy Achieving a relaxed state of mind, where you are here and now and youconcentrated is necessary to work properly with crystals and especiallyto feel their life force. We will see 2 exercises , one two relax andthe second to feel the life force of your crystal.

Achieved a relaxed state and centering yourself



Sityourself in comfortable position cross-legged or erect on a chair. Youmust be able to keep the position during at least 10 minutes. If youwant you can work with some meditative music in the background. Closeyour eyes and begin breathing slowly. Close the right nostril with yourright thumb and inhale through the left nostril. Do this to the countof four seconds. Immediately close the left nostril with your rightring finger and little finger, and at the same time remove your thumbfrom the right nostril, and exhale through this nostril. Do this to thecount of eight seconds. This completes a half round. Inhale through theright nostril to the count of four seconds. Close the right nostrilwith your right thumb and exhale through the left nostril to the countof eight seconds. This completes one full round. Do the nostrils for about 5 minutes, then stop you should feel center and your mind calm and less thoughts. Mentally,tell each part of your body to relax, tell your feet, legs , thighs,stomach, chest, arms, hands, shoulders, head, neck, jaw, face to gentlyrelax. Don't worry if at first you feel tense, your ability to relaxwill grow, eventually, you can stretch the body part that feel tense,let this body part find it center of gravity and relax. Imaginea bubble of white light around you, image its size , shape andbrightness. Play with it, make it grow and then make it smaller. Whenyou feel totally relaxed you are ready to work with the crystal. Alternativeto this method is the 100-to-1 technique (close your eyes , sitcomfortably and count 100 to 1, you should be relaxed by the time youreach 1).



Attuning with the life force energy of Crystals and Stones.



Youwill need some focus and stillness to feel the life force. Relax yourbody as instructed above, call your energy back to you, from all partof the Universe. Rub your hand fiercely for about 30 seconds or a minute to generate a lot of heat. Sensitize your hands by opening them and lightly blowing on them to create a tingling sensation. Hold your crystal in one hand , lightly touch the point of the crystal to the center of your other hand's palm. Drawthe crystal up and move it around in circular motion until you can feelthe energy, it will be like a tingling or a coolness. See how far awayyou can draw your crystal and still feel the vibration on your palm. Experiment by running the crystal over your body at a distance of about six inches (15 centimeters). Toincrease your sensitivity to life force you can also rub your palmswith sea salt. Always be in a calm and state of mind or you risk tofeel nothing. Eventually, when you have the crystal in your hand sendit your welcome.
